    How you put them on

    Every decal arrives with clear transfer tape on top, so the letters stay spaced exactly as you approved them. All you need is painter's tape, a tape measure and the squeegee we send.

    1. Clean the door

      Wipe the spot with rubbing alcohol and let it dry. Keep wax and tire shine away from it.

    2. Tape a straight line

      Run painter's tape across the door where the bottom of the decal should go. Measure up from the bottom of the door at both ends so the tape is level.

    3. Mark the middle

      Measure the width of the door and mark the middle on the painter's tape. Mark the middle of your decal on its clear top tape too.

    4. Peel and place

      Peel off the paper backing. The lettering stays on the clear tape. Rest the bottom edge on the painter's tape, match the two middle marks, and lay it down.

    5. Squeegee

      Press firmly from the middle out with overlapping strokes. Go over every letter.

    6. Peel off the clear tape

      Peel slowly, folded back flat against itself and close to the door. If a letter lifts, lay the tape back down, squeegee that spot and peel again.

    7. Finish

      Pull off the painter's tape and press every edge down with your thumb. Wait 3 days before washing the truck. Doing both doors? Use the same height from the bottom on each side.

    Good to know before you order

    • You install the decals yourself, following the steps above. We don't offer installation.
    • We remake it free if it doesn't match the proof you approved or arrives damaged. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
    • We can't cover decals damaged while being put on, or applied to dirty, waxed, rusted, textured or freshly painted surfaces.
    • Check your proof carefully. We cut exactly what you approve, including your USDOT and MC numbers and spelling.

      What if I spot a mistake on the proof?
      Tell us and we fix it for free, as many times as you need before you pay. Double-check your USDOT number on the proof; we cut exactly what you approve.
      
      
      Can you match lettering I already have on other trucks?
      Yes. Text a clear photo of the door and we'll match the font, layout and color as closely as we can.
      
      
      How do I put them on?
      Follow the install guide above. It takes about 15 minutes a side with the squeegee we send.
      
      
      Do you charge sales tax?
      Only on orders shipped to a New York address. It's added to your payment link.
      
      
      Do you do bigger fleet orders?
